Temporary relaxation of the retained EU drivers’ hours for drivers undertaking carriage of goods by road... EXTENDED!

The temporary relaxation of drivers’ hours that applied until 11:59pm on 3 October 2021 has been extended.

If you made use of that relaxation, you must submit your completed follow-up notification of relaxation form (3 October 2021) by 10 October 2021.

The new extended relaxation applies from 12.01am on 4 October until 11.59pm on 31 October 2021.
