VDO Fleet

VDO Fleet is a web based service for archiving and evaluation of digital and analogue tachograph data. A secure connection enables you to:
  • Manage your fleet's driver, vehicle and site data
  • Evaluate the data stored on the driver card
  • Evaluate the data recorded by digital and analogue tachographs
  • Archive the data stored on the driver card
  • Archive the data recorded in the digital tachograph (VU)
Reports generated in VDO Fleet include:
  • Driver infringement analysis
  • Driver infringement letter
  • RTD (Working time) analysis
  • Faults and events
  • Km discrepancy
With connection to the secure VDO owned servers, your data is backed up remotely from your premises to give peace of mind in the event of local data loss.


VDO Driver App

Working in conjunction with a Smart Link Pro the Driver app allows the driver to keep an eye on their driving time and rest periods. With VDO tachographs which have the Counter feature enabled, remaining daily and weekly driving times can be called up. A really useful tool for keeping on the right side of the regulations the Driver App can also be utilised to make manual entries.

VDO Fleet App

The TIS-Web Fleet App links transport office with driver. Installed on the driver's smartphone, it receives tachograph data via the Smart Link Pro and sends vehicle, driver and position data, as well as manual entries direct to VDO Fleet.

VDO Configuration App

The TIS-Web Configuration App is a direct connect to tachograph tool for the fleet manager. There are a number of features which allow for setting up of ignition activity, early waning systems to avoid infringements, greater efficiency and time savings by  simple configuration. 
All apps require Android at least 4.1or higher, or i-Phone with at least  iOS 7.1 or higher.
